About Me
I am an environmental scientist with strong interests in greenhouse gas dynamics and pollutant biogeochemistry within freshwater systems. I am currently a Fulbright Advanced Student in Lyon, France where I investigate microbially mediated greenhouse gases in intermittent streams at IRSTEA. My past research as an undergraduate includes unraveling the relationship between greenhouse gas and land-use heterogeneity in freshwater streams in Erin Hotchkiss' lab, and investigating the effect of ciprofloxacin on urban stream biofilms with AJ Reisinger. When I am not science-ing, you'll find me on my road bike, hiking in the woods, or in my hammock listening to French podcasts.
